1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using BoltsClean, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or services.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
- BoltsClean provides an on-demand platform connecting customers with independent cleaning professionals.
- We do not provide cleaning services directly; we facilitate the booking and payment process.
- Services are currently available in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.
3. Booking & Cancellations
- Bookings must be made via our official app or website.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee.
- We strive to ensure available cleaners, but service is subject to professional availability.
4. Liability & Insurance
- While we vet all cleaners, BoltsClean is not liable for minor wear and tear during service.
- We provide limited insurance coverage for accidental damages up to ₦500,000 for verified bookings.
- Users are responsible for securing valuable items before the cleaning team arrives.
